District Technician - Applications due by 4:00 pm on August 4, 2021
The Darke Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is accepting applications for a District Technician until August 4, 2021.  This District Technician is a full-time, permanent position and is located in Greenville, Ohio.

The District Technician assists landowners with the implementation of federal farm bill programs.  The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to landowners and other Darke County residents on natural resource issues, as well as, be able to utilize survey equipment, AutoCAD and ArcGIS.  Necessary training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Applicant must have a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture, engineering, or natural resources related field or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience working in a livestock or crop production related field.  Extensive job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.  Please review the online job description before applying.
