2024 Theme
May the Forest Be With You Always

The National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) poster contest is an annual event sponsored by Soil and Water Conservation Districts nationwide. The purpose of the contest is to provide young people with an avenue to gain a better appreciation for our environment and share this caring sentiment through artwork. 

​Darke SWCD is proud to host a local contest for all Darke County students in 5th though 8th grade in conjunction with the national event. 

Entries are due April 19, 2024 by 4:00pm.

Awards
1st place- $30 & ribbon
2nd place- $20 & ribbon
3rd place- $10 & ribbon
