Local Agricultural Easement Purchase Program
Darke SWCD is pleased to be a local sponsor for the Local Agricultural Easement Purchase Program (LAEPP). The Ohio Department of Agriculture Farmland Preservation office recently announced that funding is available for 2025. Darke SWCD has been allocated $143,210 for easement purchase.
